I thought I would start my speech by addressing you as the “new” family of my daughter. But I think it would be inappropriate because now that she is married, you are “the family” for her. Believe me; I don’t have a problem with that. I, in fact, want my daughter to have “you” as her priority now. Its time for us to take a backseat in her life. We would happily accept it but would surely request one thing- please keep her happy!
I am more than sure that you will keep her very happy. She will perhaps be happier than what she used to be here. But like all fathers, I obsess over my daughter’s happiness which is making me say this over and over again- please keep her happy!

As Summer is here, everyone used to frustrated and exhausted due to raised temperature in this season ,but there is one of the best part of this season that is “Mangoes” . Mangoes have always been the one thing that makes everyone happy during Delhi summers. Mango shake stalls are up and running , as are the usual season special ice creams and mock tails. But this summer due to the fallout between the European Union and the exporters of Indian mangoes, the city has suddenly received an unexpected supply of mangoes In the last few days, overall price per kilo has plummeted which has given restaurant owners a reason to add mangoes to their menu in any and every way. Yesterday I myself went market to purchase some mangoes ,but i don’t have that good knowledge of all variety of mango ,usually my dad used to purchase it .
I asked one of the vendor of Mangoes which is the most popular variety of best selling mangoes now days ,He said “Start with the relatively less sweet safeda or surkhi mangoes from south india. Shop for dussehri mango that arrives from UP by May end and feast on Langra and Chausa from June to August. He also said that this is the best time to stock up on raw mangoes for sauces, pickels and chutney ,he said “Even in May or June when ripe mangoes start arriving from Uttar pradesh, langda is by far superior to the Alphonso variety, which sells only for it looks,” he says. He also tells people to experiment with different varieties and even try Malda mangoes from Bengal, totapuri from Bihar and Sindoori or Raspuri from kerala for purees, shakes and ice- creams. I found all this information very useful for all mangoes lovers so i thought to share this information in my blog. So here I’m sharing some of the varieties of mangoes .

It’s in the first few months of the year, when most people make a list of their fitness plans. People plan their diet and fitness regimens with vigour .When you wake up, make sure the energy you exude is ‘awesomeness’. It will translate into how you look and feel throughout the day. This Year, make a resolution that you will walk more. Don’t be stagnant or sit one place.Make Sure there is some movement even if it’s little— Every hour of the day. I believe nature is a great teacher.Have you seen how lithe animals like cats, horses, lions, tigers etc. Keep moving ? It’s nature’s way of telling us that some physical movement is good for the body ,Where as animals like buffalo’s ,cow, Rhino, mostly sit in one place see what type of body structure they have.
