Today in my post I’m going to share about meditation ,I know Most of you know all its benefits ,there is lots and lots articles are there on web. Even though the academic research on mindfulness meditation isn’t as robust as, say, nutrition or exercise, there is a reason why it’s been around for literally thousands of years. And we’re starting to get a better understanding of why it seems to be beneficial for so many aspects of life, from disease and pain management, to sleep, to control of emotions and specially for inner purity. People take great care to install security systems with alarms to deter intruders from breaking into their homes. Some have simple systems, while others are hooked up to security companies that monitor the premises. Some others have a guard or watchdog. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, our premises are still open to intrusion. Here I’m sharing one beautiful story of a rich landlord. One day a group of thieves wanted to rent a room.r He did not know they were thieves and so took them as tenants. The group moved in and lived there for a month. When the next month’s rent was due, they said due to financial setbacks they would have to delay payment. This went on for several months until the landlord discovered that they were a gang of thieves. At a loss, he sought his master’s advice. The master said ,”Go to the police department and see if anyone there is in need of a good apartment and if and if need be, lower the rent to make it attractive. When the thieves meet him and learn he is a police officer,they will move out on their own.” More

Simple eye fatigue exercises

In Today’s Technology World , we all used to spend lots of time on our computers ,laptop and Mobile phones ,but continuous staring on these screens we used find ourself squitting and rubbing our eyes due to irritation ,Due to the heavy use of computers (specially IT Employees ) people have started experiencing blurred vision ,itchiness and headaches on a daily basis, Today I’m sharing few simple exercises to help rejuvenate and reduce the strain on eyes ,Which I also Used to follow specially when I spend Lots of hours on my laptop.

 

eye4PALMING: Rub your hands together for about 10 to 15 minutes till they’re slightly warm, now place them on your eyes. Don’t touch the eyeballs directly, instead just keep your hands lightly over your eyes. Make sure that no light rays enter the eyes, and leave no gaps between fingers. Hold on this position for a minute or two. If your arms get tired, rest your elbows on a table. Do this at least twice a day for 5 to 15 minutes.

REPEATED BLINKING: Blinking every three or four seconds helps in reducing eye strain. When we watch television or work on the computer we tend to blink less. Allow your eyes to rest by blinking every few seconds.
