From last two weeks ,After my Navratri fast My back is paining very badly , Feeling Low on energy and experiencing fatigue or pain in the body?  I went to the Orthopedic doctor he write blood test for Vitamin D and B12 levels tested and X-ray for my Back pain.In X-ray everything was fine there is no issue in my backbone ,In Blood Test I Found there is Deficiency of Vitamin D (Also known as the sunshine vitamin) and B12.
