Today My Recipe is Dhokla , which is basically a vegeterian food item that originates from the Indian state of Gujrat ,ย  Dhokla is also called as Dhokra in gujrat and in some places it is called as Khaman ,It can be eaten for Breakfast ,or as a snack ,Yesterday Evening I prepared it as a snack with Hot Masala tea It was just Awesome Snack ,So I Thought Why not to share this recipe in my Blog ๐Ÿ˜‰

There are different kinds of dhokla prepared with different ingredients and ratios of chickpeas. Some of the popular kinds of dhoklas are:
