Simple eye fatigue exercises

In Today’s Technology World , we all used to spend lots of time on our computers ,laptop and Mobile phones ,but continuous staring on these screens we used find ourself squitting and rubbing our eyes due to irritation ,Due to the heavy use of computers (specially IT Employees ) people have started experiencing blurred vision ,itchiness and headaches on a daily basis, Today I’m sharing few simple exercises to help rejuvenate and reduce the strain on eyes ,Which I also Used to follow specially when I spend Lots of hours on my laptop.

 

eye4PALMING: Rub your hands together for about 10 to 15 minutes till they’re slightly warm, now place them on your eyes. Don’t touch the eyeballs directly, instead just keep your hands lightly over your eyes. Make sure that no light rays enter the eyes, and leave no gaps between fingers. Hold on this position for a minute or two. If your arms get tired, rest your elbows on a table. Do this at least twice a day for 5 to 15 minutes.

REPEATED BLINKING: Blinking every three or four seconds helps in reducing eye strain. When we watch television or work on the computer we tend to blink less. Allow your eyes to rest by blinking every few seconds.
